2nd day in Bandung (Diarrhoea day)

Our 2nd day was begun with waking up lately. As we had made deal to have breakfast outside hotel, we went to a public field closed to Ghasibu's one. We looked for "bubur ayam"... unfortunately, we did not find the place where exactly we wanted... then we decided to find another place where was really close to traditional market ( i guess....)... If you consider about the hygiene... please forget it.... hehehhee

When we were back to the hotel, Garlin had been there.... He is Mina's friend and was our guide as well. By taking a rented car, our first destination was Tangkuban Perahu... It took about 2 hours (?) to be there... Actually it was my second time to be there since 1997... so it was not really exciting anymore... In fact, i just want to know its development. As my conclusion.... not many development i found... well.....

Just about afternoon, we continued our trip to have lunch at Lembang, a place located at high altitude... so it was quite cold.... hmmmm or fresh i guess is a more appropriate word to describe it. Beforehand, we picked some strawberries from strawberry farm. This farm is nearby a restaurant where we had lunch. Too bad.... we could not find a lot of strawberry....

Ok... with full stomach... we decided to have well known yoghourt at Cisangkuy, Bandung. But in the midle of our trip to Cisangkuy, we stopped at serabi store..... another famous food in Bandung.... Yoghourt shake and serabi were a perfect combination in the afternoon.... Eventhough i think it was too sour... hehehehe

Now... shooping time.... we were going to Paris van Java (Super)Mall.... My friend said, we just bought the view... cause everything was expensive.... ok... ok... i know they sale branded items... We planned to watch Kungfu Panda.... but it was fully booked... So we went to hotel directly... Moreover.... Mina had stomachache... and Garlin was not in fit condicion... (To be honest.... my body was like spunkked by whole villagers hahahaha)....

Two thumbs up for us... since after little nap.... my friends went to another mall (Ciwalk Mall) for having dinner..... and i was picked by my old buddy living in Karawang to try some Sundaness foods such as Bandrek (finally i got it...) and Nasi Liwet....

In the middle of night.... we met at DU21 to have any other snacks... Again!!!!!!!!

As a final result for that day......
Mina and Adi suffered from diarrhoea.... Sorry for you guys....

1st day in Bandung

Last month, I and my workmates went to Bandung and Jakarta. It was not a duty trip. It was just a vacation. We were six person. Actually, one of us was not my workmate, she is Mina's cousin. After almost one and a half hours from my hometown, we landed at Soekarno Hatta airport Jakarta. It was around 3 pm. After having a late lunch, we went to Bandung by a booked car. It took almost 4 (or 5) hours. Fuiihhhh........ What a tired.....
But it wont let us staying at dQur hotel.... We just dropt our luggages at hotel rooms, and then soon afterward we looked for dinner. Since two of us had travelled to this area, we picked a foodcourt nearby the hotel. It was DU21 foodcourt. DU21 stands for 21 Dipati Ukur street. No wonder... :). Some arabic foods were served for us. Anyway.... Garlin (Mina's friend) joined with us. He would be our guide while we were at Bandung.

DU21 (Garlin, Mina and Adi)
Since Garlin was sick, without him, we went to Dago Plaza at 9 pm?.... hmmmm.... enough late night did not you? But it was not an obstacle for us for singing at karaoke place (NAV karaoke....). That was my first time to be in karaoke place..... hmmmm.......

Dago Plaza (Me, Anna, Nida, Rina and Adi)
As we though, from Dago Plaza to dQur hotel was not really far, we decided to be back to the hotel on foot. It was about 00.30 am. However, we had walked for at least 45 mins, all of us agreed that we were lost. Wuikss....... Ok.... then other idea was come. One said "why dont we have some hot drink which is bandrek?". Without thinking two times, we went to Cisangkuy area, particularly Taman Manula (Geriatric Park).... actually it was quite far from Dago Plaza...
And you know, when we arrived at that area, all the stores had been closed. Occccccc.......... What a pitty.....
Finally, after any asking questions to people around, we arrived at hotel at 2.30 am. What a record. It means... we had been walking for almost 2 hours. That is why we (or just me?) could not wake up earlier next morning.

They said.............

They said you are smart

They said you are generous

They said you are calm

They said by next to you... world would be brighter and more cheerful...

But we do not know what is exactly underneath

Are there same as what we are thinking?

Inspired by my friend's story........... July 20 th, 2008.

Like a raindrop at the desert

When the sun almost runs

When the moon arises

Phone was ringing

Thank you for the happiness you brought

I am like a thirsty wanderer in the desert

Rolling the eyes... when finding the raindrop....

Another stupid story

Ok... if you read this... i do know it will be another story of fool of me... But I will be ok... cause i want to share this with all of you...

Now the story is begun...

About a week a go, i just bought two electronical stuffs at the biggest mall in my hometown, Duta Mall. There are two reasons why i bought them. Firstly, because i do need a new tv since my old one does not have perfect performance anymore. And the second one is for the MMC holder, they gave special offers which was "cash back 20%". I think it was a quite huge of number. Unfortunately, i should use that "cash back" ro buy other things in that store.... So far i did not think it was a big deal.

When the day i change the voucher came, i browsed the store with my old brother and his daugther. By pushing a troly, we walked around trying to find what we needed. We put in from sugar, canned foods, some fruits, breads, baverages to washing powder, lock, etc. We just fulfilled 1/3 of our troly. Then we went to the cashier.... and the horror was started....

After long counting, the lady who guarded the counter told me... i should pay a certain amount of Rupiah.... HEKS!!!!!!!!!
You know..... i should pay almost 2 and half times than i can get....
SPEECHLESS!!!!!!!!!!
Fortunately i had brought some cash... Thank you God....

FYI..... it was my biggest money i spent for shooping of my daily stuffs....

The 2nd round

After Sei Cuka Kintap episode, Medical Team Lambung Mangkurat University collaborating with PT Indofood Bati Bati conducted "Free Circumsition Program". It was held at July 10th, 2008. PT Indofood is a wellknown company producing some packed foods

When we were at Kintap, there were almost 100 kids, but in this event... we just cut (heheheh) almost 40 kids....

That is why we just sent 2 GPs and 20 medical students.

Since this program were held at a company producing noodle... so we took a snap look at the process how to make a ready to use-noodle from rough material 'til the end.

Grace is gone: The real blue film

I just watched this movie. For any reasons, i name it as the real blue film.
Do you want to know why?

Since the beggining of this movie, i am served a blue atmospher of the character of John Cussack as a husband lived by his wife serving in war. He seems to me like a confusion of a man. Until one day he is told that his wife is passed away. He does not know how to tell his two daughters about it. He is so sad and depressed.... (I guess)

In contrast, all he does is bringing them to The Enchanted Garden meanwhile he is thinking how to tell his kids. More than confuse, he is calling his voice mail at home when he can hear his wife's voice... so he feels like he is talking to his wife.... He is crying. Seems to me that he can not handle this problem anymore....

Ultimately,  when they finish their trip at that garden... they are back to their home.
But in the middle of the trip,
he stops at the beach and tell them everything... It is hard and difficult for him...
The ultimate reason why i said this is a blue film is
from the beggining 'til the end of this movie....
i almost am difficult to find happiness...

So does it make sense when i said this is a blue film?
Please do not think about another idea about blue film.

Notes: i like the character of his first daughter played by Shelan O'Kefee...
She is perfect how to describe a sad one. Well done.

You know... i should thank to Telkom as the provider for Speedy. Today... YES... today... i am so happy since i can download many files.... big big files.... in short times..... i do not have to wait longer....

I do know it is a litle bit silly and ridiculous... but i do not care.... i think today Telkom have broken their record since today their downloading rate is more than 20 kbps, almost 30 kbps. Furthermore, when i log in to Youtube.... the film run so smooth.... WOW.... It had never been happened.

Love you speedy....
I hope it is not just for a while.... Do it everyday.... Yes baby...... hahahaha

Mak Erot, Rest in Peace

Dear all...
Some of you may have have known this news. Mak Erot (Nanny Erot) is death almost a week ago. I just read it from the newspaper today. Why should i need to write about this?
I think i should say sorry to every men who are sad about this or may be to her patrons since they can not use her skills anymore.

For anywone who does not know who Mak Erot is.... she was known as an old lady who helps men strengthening and lengthening their down under (pen**) or their private thing. You know what i mean?

Why are length is so important? Otherwise some experts in sex say... technique is more valuable than size....
What do you think dude?

I have been asking wikipedia about her. You can look at this.

Charity for Sei Cuka Villagers

Last weekend I went to Sei Cuka, Pelaihari, South Kalimantan to conduct charity programmes coordinated by medical students of Lambung Mangkurat University.

There were two programmes which were a free treatment for unhealthy and unwealthy people in that area and a free circumcision. Almost 50 medical students, 3 clerkship students (Amin, Ismi and Huda) and 4 GPs (such as Husairi, Meitria and Aris) were involved in.

The Ulin General Hospital Banjarmasin was the place where we departed. It was needed almost 5 hours by bus to reach that remote area. Please never ever expect that all the highway was really good. Any part was full of dust and holes... hehehee.... Even though the buses were not completed with AC, it was fun since the students, especially Rini and Huda sang all the way... Can you imagine... they sang almost 5 hours? hehehehe...... I think they should check their vocal cord afterward.... hehe

At 9 pm, we arrived at the place. I had imagined I would sleep at a local leader's home, no beds, no toilet. But you know.... I was surprised... The event organizer had arranged that program so well. I slept at a guest house belonged to Coal Mining Company.... So..... I stayed like in a hotel (FYI... this company was our partner to conduct this program).

Spring bed, TV, AC and hot water for bathing was a luxury.... hehehehe and students slept in meeting room arranged as their bedroom. And one thing... that guest house was located right in front of beach... WOW....

The next day, we began the event at 9.30 am at local gas station. It had been set up as a medical clinic. About 150 unhealthy people and 110 kids took a part. It all finished at 4.30 pm. Fuihhhhhhhhh........ what a tired. But i love it...

Here are some pictures i took.

Since we still had no time for pleasure (at least swimming at the beach).... right after we completed those programmes, we jumped to the beach... walking, swimming and off course taking some pictures... hehehe

At 9 pm, we were back from Sei Cuka and I arrived at home at 1 am next day.

I love to join this program.

Thank you for the organizers such as Rudi, Gusti and Rifqi...

I am waiting for the next program. :)

Father and son's bonding

Dengarlah anakku!
