One is not enough, but more is nauseating

Attending family gathering is such an interesting event to be observed, particularly since my extended family is living in separated states. Family gathering is used to exchange the news, and even the gossip.

Last Sunday, I just attended a wedding party of my far away cousin. Our extended family came from different states. As it, it is difficult to meet them face to face frequently. So, this event became like a reunion for us. Financial gap between rich and middle class (I think) creates jealousy. Dislike emerges rumor and satire.

For instance, when a rich man with his family steps into a main room then shakes just a couple of family’s hands…. Then one whispers “hmmm….. I do know he is rich… but he should control his manner when he is among the big family.” I think, just shaking a few doesn’t mean he doesn’t respect others. Should he move around for almost 50 people?
Instead of creating a cynicism, why don’t we just let him go, or if it is disturbing, just talk and tell him that you really mind about his manner. But the fact… you did nothing. What a shame…

What kind job you have?
How many cars you have?
How is the conflict among the member of family?
Those are just a few sample of topic across the atmosphere.

What a family….

However, I think it makes them like a candy.
One is not enough
But more is nauseating.

jealousy is intoxicating, be.
people buy gossip as if there were no other topics that are worth talking about.
the thing is keep away, don't get involved and prevent ourselves from that destructive manner.

is it part of our culture? I hope is not mine.
most of the time I said to my family : " hus hus, jangan ngomongin orang ah", then I switch the talks topic into berita pemakaman Suzanna. .hahahaha. .
